garg, you have me bested. obviously, somewhere in there, is the mention of not being required to incriminate yourself, but i foolishly assumed that was the whole of the 5th amendment. you know, "pleading the fifth."

i'm very familiar with the 1st, somewhat with the 2nd (enough to realize it's more about the right to overthrow a corrupt government than it is a blank check for anyone that wants weapons,) but clearly not with the 5th. i think i read them all a few years ago, but i can't recall the bulk of what i read. it's the 4th that i thought you were referring to when you mentioned eavesdropping.

Take as much credit as you'd like.

After number five it all gets a little foggy. I have a convenient little booklet somewhere. I could stand a review.

i'm sure we all could. i just wish it was nationally televised.

actually i changed that part of my post, it had a couple of flaws with it. i thought it was cockier than necessary, for one, but i do like the amendments. i've found the more i look into them (now and again,) the more i like them, and miss them.

I don't like feel good ****. It makes me wonder why you are so concerned about things like eavesdropping. Hmmm?

You don't like "feel good ****." What a very compelling argument for conducting an illegal war.

If by "chump" you mean, "I, cjhsa, am incapable of defending my arguments logically," then so be it.

Face it. Not even other reactionary Republicans agree with you. You must simply be intent on being super annoying.

You wrote here on A2K that you'd been there - cerebral alcohol related memory loss, perhaps.

If I remember well, the picture is taken from Liberty St, facing the South.

West Street is on the right...

so, how many people do you assume exist that are intolerant because they have no idea that people commit horrible atrocities?

all of them? try none... it's already been taken into account. what the hell do you think "love your enemy" means, anyway? hate never helps matters. it perpetuates this kind of crap.

I THOUGHT THAT WAS COMMON KNOWLEDGE BY NOW.
