I'm Not Sure How To Take This...

I was just on another message board, and a bunch of us were having a discussion about society and how certain people are perceived, blah, blah, blah....

Anyway, you know how it goes......there were a few of us on side of the discussion, and a few who were disagreeing with us. We were all being very civil and polite though.

So, then this one woman does a post that was basically disagreeing with something I'd said. No problem there, but she prefaced it by saying, "I hope Stray Cat will forgive me, she's the last one I'd want to start an arguement with around here....."

Was that an insult? I'm just not sure how to take that. (And, as I said, we were all being polite about the discussion, I wasn't being a bad kitty.)

I dunno, maybe it was a compliment?
