Can someone tell me how to get the videos on the internet to quit stopping or can someone at least tell me what could be wrong with my computer system.

You are at the mercy of the developer gods.

Most players download the beginning of a video before they start playing. (This is called buffering.)

When it thinks that it has buffered enough, it starts playing.

If part being played catches up to the part being downloaded, you get the pause while the player downloads (buffers) some more video.

To stop to stuttering, hit stop, wait for the entire video to download, then hit play.

Tres helpful, Dadpad. Glad to know this. But what if you're watching a live feed? I was watching a falcon Webcam. The feed paused constantly.
