Stall talkers

So do you or don't you? I mean when going to a restroom, do you talk to some one while either you or s/he is in the bathroom stall? Personally I rather not have some one interrupt me while I am busy. What is so important that you cannot wait until the person is finished? The only thing that I can think of that is so important is (according to the Elaine quote), "Can you spare a square?" Besides that I can't imagine anything being that important.

Please enlighten me.
