I bet I'm the only one here that paid good money to see Donny Osmond, Oak Ridge Boys, Hall & Oats and Rick Springfield. (separate shows of course.)

Go head and laugh!

H20ly ****, you're in Athens! I lived in Athens for years before I moved back to MA. I have loads of friends in bands there. Geez, I've been to far too many shows to cover them all.

Lessee, I started with big arena rock shows (mostly at the Boston Garden) and then moved on the club and then bar stuff - smaller and smaller venues

Pink Floyd
AC/DC
Judas Priest
Motley Crue
Ozzy
Neil Young

then

Neil Young (again)
Jane's Addiction
Phish (Keene, NH)
Lalapalooza
Concrete Blonde (Santa Fe, NM)
Violent Femmes (Santa Fe, NM)
Motorhead twice (once with Wasp!!) at the Masquerade in Hotlanta
Cheap Trick at the Masquerade
The Cramps at the Roxy Theatre in ATL
John Fogerty The Fabulous Fox in ATL
Widespread Panic a bunch of times as I have a sort of friend in the band (FL, GA, MA)
Black Sabbath in NC (I think - the Bi-Lo Center)

And many many small time bands in Athens like
The Rock-A-Teens (Athens)
Melt Banana - punk from Japan
Ladybug - punk from China
Hayride (local Athens)
Juicifer (local Athens)
Driveby Truckers (local at the time)
The Runs (local Athens)
Sunshine Fix (local Athens seen in MA)

Sigh. I miss Athens.

john prine played the ontario place theater every summer for anumber of years in the 80's, really cool place a six (or eight) sided pavillion, with a rotating stage, not a bad seat in the house

that really is the list for the most part, not a big concert goer, but when living in toronto saw local shows every weekend

The very first show I attended without my parents was ELO opening
for Deep Purple - what a strange and entertaining mixture.
