Look at the very bottom of this page. You'll see a link called HELP. Click on that and send a message to our Help Desk people. They are the only ones who can help you with the problem and using that link to contact them about it is the fastest and best way to do so. Give them as much detailed info as you can so they can fix it with the first round of communication rather then having to respond and ask you questions for the details.

My accout with another forum. If my account was not activated here...then how come I'm still able to post here?

Here, an account can become inactivated if the user tries to change a password or email address. A reactivation key is sent (we've had trouble with them lately but that's how it's supposed to work) and then the user reactivates the account. This is to prevent people from commandeering one another's accounts.

So, that is not the case -- if I were you -- I would contact their support and ask.

I can't log in if my account is not activated. I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place...

Navigate to the forum in question and then look for a HELP link or a CONTACT US link (or something similar such as Tech Support) in their header, menu bar or footer territory. You don't need to be logged in to see and use those.

Click on the link and follow what ever instructions are given there to relay your issue to them and request assistance.

Usually abuse@ --- whatever the website's address is -- will work.

Join as a new member. Once you are in, contact the administrator.

They need a valid e-mail address..not free ones like yahoo e-mail.
