You can fix it yourself.
Pull it out take of the back cover, there is a drain tube take it appart from where it drains. Now follow that drain tube to where it connects to the washing machine. Disconnect it at that point, and this is usualy where all washers will have a clog at some point in the bend, it's usualy a good idea to have a bucket large enough to drain the machine into before you start this procedure. Lint, and dirt will be clogged up in this area. This mess will be a blue wet and gooey muck. Wear rubber gloves and use a small coat hanger with a hook on it being careful not to poke any holes in the tube if it's plastic. Also make sure the drain tube that you disconected is clear. Put the assembly back together in reverse order from the wy you took it appart. It may help to write each step down and then just reverse each step. I hope this can help you E-Beth.
