worked out this morning - routine! :wink:

(have to - for some reason I will not do it at any other time..woke up at 4:30 couldn't go back to sleep..so I got up and went downstairs..got that behind me...now playing for a bit until I have to get the boys up - I usually just get up at 5:00 to do it )

(Have a wedding to attend in about a month for my cousin - down in Florida...it will be warm and the kids will want to swim...must get the winter lbs off so I won't be embarrassed! AND find a way to get a tan before then... Shocked )
