How does it work without ISP? If you have any information about such programmes send links to me. Thanks.
It does not work without an ISP; it is independent of the SMPTE e-mail sending protocol. It is a spamming tool, with particular applicability to usenet groups, though it can flood regular e-mail boxes too. Such critters are not looked on favorably around here. Assuming you're an innocent, I won't shoot you this time. Don't let there be a next time.
