Is it 'have' or 'had' and 'other' or 'others'?

Every segment of the camp was good - better than any other/others I have/had attended. (The camp was held a month ago.)

Is it 'have' or 'had' and 'other' or 'others'?

Thanks.

@tanguatlay,
....then also it's not clear if your ref is to more than one camp

Context.....

...and whether those others also had segments....So...and no offense Tang.... there are some 17 different ways to interpret...

Guesswork: Every segment of the camp I attended a month ago was better than any such segment having the same name or purpose in any other camp that I had attended in the remote past

@tanguatlay,
Every segment of the camp was good - better than any other I have attended.

Use "other" because "any" is singular. Use "have" because you're not referring to definite times of attendance.

"Any" can be either singular or plural depending on the context.

@tanguatlay,
If you say Every segment of the camp was good - better than any other I have attended, it means that you've never been to a better segment of a camp ever.

If you say Every segment of the camp was good - better than any other I had attended, it means that at the time you had never been to a better segment of a camp, but since then you may have been to an even better one.
