I don't mind being ignored, if you don't like what someone has to say you have no obligation to respond. I am personally not annoyed with people I fundamentally disagree with. Often I will engage them.

What I don't like is the bullying... trying to prevent someone from being able to express their opinions. People accept bullying here... and they use the word "troll" to justify that. That is really the reason I felt like I had to stand up for the trolls here.

It is the bullying that is the real problem.
