I've tried all 3 options to log-in to Twitter: 1) my phone # 2) email w/account 3) Username. None works. I ask for reset of password, and as I enter my email associated with account, it tells me that email is already registered. It gives me a link to reset. Then, it can't recognize I have an account by that name? I'm locked out. I tried to register as if new with my same email, then with my username... It recognizes the username then, but no way to connect to password, or to allow me to reset password. I never forgot my password, but it won't accept it. So that's why I tried to reset password.... It's a no-go either way. It's Groundhog Day. My Username: "frontburner_1" (not as it is for this forum--which wouldn't allow me to register w/undercarriage in username.

Sounds like a malformed cookie in there somewhere. Clear the cache and try 'er again.
