Media titan and fearmongering monstrosity, Rupert Murdoch is eyeing to snatch up and buy mongoclomerate Time-Warner. If he succeeds, he will have to sell CNN due to the media laws in the US and that because he already owns Fox News.

So, the Daily Show has started a $10 billion Kickstarter to raise the money to potentially buy the national news network if Time Warner is forced to sell it after itself is acquired by Murdoch.

If we buy it, can we restore it to an actual news network?

And also restore Headline News to a continuous run of half-hour news segments for people who want to grab a quick news update during an off hour?
