i have a rock that has gold in it the rock looks like dark red glass. some iron dust is on the out side what is it the glass stuff.
probably amber?
Lot's of things get caught in amber.

Gold appears associated with quartz.

i cut it obsidian appears to be right. it with stood the nitric test just small flecks of gold should make the gransd child a nice pendant. thanks
