I am 20 years old and i have never met my birth father. I have tried to find him on many sites but they all want me to pay but i dont have much money to spare. I have tried to look him up on myspace, yellow pages, and white pages. every number that is listed is disconnected. Someone help me please. If someone could look him up for me his name is Steven T. Splaine and his last known location was Mesa, AZ.
