Family therapist from Kyiv, Ukraine. I work with relatives of people who struggle with alcohol and drug addiction: parents, spouses, adult children. Most of my week is spent in a long-term therapeutic community outside Kyiv (the Dzherelo program, running since 2006) and in online groups for families.
Topics I care about: codependency, how families accidentally keep addiction going, what actually works in long-term rehab, and why quick fixes like "coding" and two-week detox rarely hold.
