My lovely wife was nominated by her work collegues and superiors to attend a leadership course. She atended 1 day per week for most of the last 12 months.
The ability of the North East Victoria region to diversify and strengthen its economic and resource base and therefore be equipped to compete internationally, depends significantly on the capacity and the strength of its leadership. The Alpine Valleys Community Leadership Program is a major investment in our region and its future. It builds networks that not only cross regional, state and national boundaries, but also industry boundaries.
Participants of the AVCLP will be better equipped to lead the Alpine Valleys region into the future.
I'm very very proud of my wife 1. Because her peers thought enough of her to nominate her and 2. because this course was a real challenge to complete.
We went to the presentation and stayed overnight to celebrate.
drought ravaged Australia on the way to the presentation. (it rained the whole way there)
The dining room. This was a pretty flash affair so I had to glam up in suit and tie
