It's a great pity that Mr Nugent isn't in charge of the criminal system in the USA, or better still in Britain

Crime in the USA and the UK should be organised better?


I do hope, the FBI and Criminal Justice System (CJS) of England and Wales (and the Scotish and Northern Irish systems as well) will be well prepared if such is planned!!!
