Hmm, some of those definitions are new to me. Meat puppets , in our neck of the woords are merely di ckheads. The trouble with urban dictionaries is that they often extend meanings past a normal degree of credulity.

Or that The World Bank is an important institution in today's world.

Or that the supposed indignation of the Bank's governors over the "integrity" issue was real.

Or that this was their real reason for wanting to get rid of Wolfowitz.
