Anyone know the world's fastest working glue?

Anyhoo, to return to your question; are you interested in the properties of adhesion (the ability to stick to the surfaces to which it's applied) or cohesion (the ability to stick to itself) and using which; acrylic, cyanoacrylates or epoxies?

On second thoughts: Try a Gecko, they are very fast and stick to anything.

I'd say Krazy Glue or any other super glue. I know from experience, glued my fingers together many times!

Goop- It comes in many varieties, but I can't tell the difference. I think that the type made for outdoors will tend not to yellow in the sun.

Anyhow, the stuff is very thick, and dries rubbery. What is nice is that the pieces being glued will adhere before it is even dry.

I have used it on many, many things, and it works beautifully. One caveat, it tends to dry out, and you might need pliers to open the cap, once it is open.
