This sounds like a special opportunity. I've been reading your thread and your interesting study of that graveyard. Your photos are superb, Shewolf. Glad somebody in Texas noticed.

If you are not getting paid then make sure your name is plastered all over the work, with your email address, so that anyone viewing the work who might be interested in using you for another project can contact you. Free advertising and all that.

He saw some of the pictures I have posted here.

yeah, they were all taken with my new camera. Smile

But Im not guaranteed the offer, so there is always THAT hanging over my head. But I fail to recognize it..
until it hits me.. i wont see it there. Smile

Im actually wondering if... before I send in my proofs and finished pictures.. should I, I dont know, copyright them ? Or something like that?

It wont be only him seeing these pictures, and if I hand them over freely, someone could claim them as their own if I have no proof

click on help here and ask about that. There is copyright stuff on the tos.

Though anyone can use an idea (hub and myself were burned by that, fairly big time at big places, twice).

We all know you and your work, though.
