a nice hot bubble bath listening to Homer and Jethro on my 8-track while eating a nice bowl of chili-Fritos and a Velveeta sandwich.

Congratulations? Ryen.

I thought you were happily retired! What gives?

The rest of youse.....

phhhhttttt.

Okay okay. Bubble baths - nice. Homer and Jethro - nice. Frito chilli pie -- nice. I've already admitted that I like Velveeta so -- nice.

So Dys - okayish.

Gus - that doesn't work for me. But thank you for responding, I guess. At least you used a "fancy" word so you should get marks for that.

I love to go get a manicure. I went for deep tissue and hot stone massage once and the next day my back went into spasm and I had to go to the emergency clinic for a shot of Toradol. I've shyed away from massages ever since.

depends on the goal

right now it is reducing my butt size.

Im truly successful with it right now

So, I go to goodwill and buy 30 bucks worth of clothing.
I take my time and find the good stuff. I guess THAT is my ultimate reward. I love to dig in second hand stores for neat stuff.

Right now, I am wearing ( 2 sizes smaller then normal mind you Wink ) a Ralph Lauren cashmere turtleneck.

Cost me 7 dollars.
No holes.
No stretching.
Looks almost brand new.

If I bought it brand new, it would have been over 100.00

Thats a treat if you ask me. Smile

I hate going to the dentist.
I do go, but on that day, I'll usually go shopping and buy something I wouldn't normally buy myself. Like a food treat or an article of clothing, something I don't really need.

Course, my dread has gotten better since I got a new Dentist.
Doing things you hate are like attaining a goal, right?

It's a part time job. I'm keeping my finger in the pie, so to speak.
Probably to 65.

I celebrate! Champagne, a good dinner (not cooked by myself), and
good company.

If it's a small goal, I am perfectly fine with indulging in my own
glow.

After a situation when I've Triumphed Against Daunting Odds, I never stint myself in the Smug Glow of Personal Satisfaction Department.

When I've just survived (as opposed to Triumphed) I'm more materialistic. The Perpetual Amazon Second-Hand Book Sale (A2K link, of course) is a constant temptation.

I try not to console myself with food after miserable failure, but self-indulgent habits are deep-rooted.
