is this site craven's, or has he given up management, or is this somthing else entirely?

Yup, this is the site I've been talking about. There are a bunch of editors and moderators who are helping me so it's allowing me to concentrate on what I love, the development and implementation.
So yeah, I'm not too imvolved in management because I like the technical side more.
