Walter? Walter who? Cronkite? Bennett? Matthau? Brooks? Johnson? Lufkin? Or some other Walter who may at times lurk around these parts?

I refuse to answer further until I know which one I am speaking of.

Walter is our Thomas Mann,
Who says "No" better than Roger can.
Quite pragmatic,
A camera's eye
Very nice,
But very shy.

Flat chested? Compared to Dolly Parton, perhaps.

A most admirable human being. I would praise him, but don't want to give him a swelled head.

I never think of Walter--there's just no future in it. In fact, if, on any given day, i find that i've thought of Walter, i go back to bed and start all over.

Walter is one of that rare breed of people who, even if they annoy you or really piss you off, you end up felling bad about it.

He is insufferably polite.

He is also a bit of a nit picker. However, even when he is doing so, his irony is never bitter and his good humor shines through. He usually disagrees with me and has even got to me a few times with his responses. However, try as I might, I can't find a way to stay sore at him.

Perhaps I like him! Smile
