Several of us have found that ignoring the troll is not only effective in halting what passes for them as "civil" discourse, it actually frustrates the hell out of them as their compulsion to bloviate festers into what can only be described as a violent implosion.

I'm actually contemplating for us team jersies.

Umm, anyhoo, I hope everyone joins the ignore team because I would love for Possumette to give up and go home...(technically i guess I'm not a very productive member of the ignore team, since I don't post on the politics threads ever anyway, but it makes for annoying reading this way. Today I checked up on one thread in particular that I always read along with, and found that it has gotten sadly cluttered up with nonsense of late.)

Maybe this place needs a " I think some posters are trolls" forum.

In an effort to keep things in the proper forum, I'll state my political affiliation - Democrat.

personally I've never noticed that inane stupitidty has any particular party affiliation.
