I've noticed that most people on this site use cartoons or bizarre objects for their avatars. How is one to know who they are talking to -- a male? a female? Hermaphrodite? Alien?
Here's my suggestion: Let's have the courage to post our actual image. I've started things off by posting my own photo. That is the actual, flesh and blood Gustav Ratzenhofer you are seeing.
Now... your turn. Shed the cartoons, animals, and bizarre objects. Let's see what you really look like.
Gus
Hmmmm...
OK! Quick! What's the middle medal for?
My avatar is me. I don't believe yours is the actual you, sir.
Concur with Rae.
He took too long to answer the medal question.
Telling....
Hop, hop, hop - nyah...what's up, Ratz?
I think that avatar ratty is claiming is his own self is the entity formerly known as "Kaiser Bill"!
well, Gus, although I am currently a light bulb with a brilliant idea; I am most definitely always female...but, really why should any of that matter here?
We have a colony of very fine cats here, very straightforward folks, every one, look you right in the eye every time.
My avatar is a hawk I caught last November and it's much better looking than I am. So it stays.
Nice hawk.
Vivid eyeball.
Yep, Kaiser Wilhelm was my first guess...man, you must be old gus, and possessing another body...as for me, the clown stays, if only to remind me of my angry boyhood in a Quebec McDonald's.
ok,ok.... I was just kidding! Jeeeeez, that went over well. I'd better get out of here before the rocks and bottles are thrown.
