just wanted to know what a PM was, never had one before.
After you have been on A2K for a certain time, or posted a certain amount, (what that "certain" is, is a hamster secret), you are entitled to sent a private message (PM) to another member of A2K. As a new member, you can recieve PMs, but not send them.
The reason for the rule, is that in the past, some people joined A2K for the purpose of spamming, and would spam on the PMs. The hamsters figure, that after a member has been here for awhile, or posted a certain amount, he is a "real" member, and not a spammer.

What Phoenix said is true...
It also takes awhile because the hamsters don't use one-hour film developing on your A2K ID passport photo.
ah that sucks... well phoenix your hat obviously got lost in the post, my friend. and we all know that butrflies don't wear hats so i didn't send you one.
rockpie, see
This Thread - particularly the 1st and last posts on it.
Well, I guess Phoenix wins again and all I get is some lousy gratitude, and possibly not even that. <hmmph>
