Thanks for thinking of making a thread of the time change..

I'm always bummed by it (I don't drive after twilight so I get more powerless by an hour.) On the other hand, all that is balanced by how gorgeous things are right about now. Albuquerque has been beautiful, well, more beautiful than usual, these last weeks.

You're welcome Marty. Very Happy

Osso, you don't like the time change? I thought it saved daylight hours? Hmmm... I like getting in that extra hour of sleep. Very Happy Which I won't tonight because I'm working! Grrrr... Are the tree's changing there? I miss the changing of the seasons. FL doesn't have that. *sigh* It is always green, that is for sure!

I use my cell phone as my main timekeeping device. It, and my computer, automatically change the time for me. When I was living in Arizona I didn't even think about changing the clocks.

It saves morning hours at the expense of evening hours. As a more evening-ish person, I like my evening hours and get freaked when all of a sudden the sun sets at 5:30 PM (or whatever it'll be, I was definitely freaked the other day when I realized it was DARK at 7, yuck yuck yuck hate that).

However, we've been trying to get sozlet's bedtime back so this is a gift. An hour earlier like that. <snap>

Oh yeah... then in the spring you get more time in the evening, right? Sheesh... I've even got my season screwed up lately. Razz

I wake fairly early but don't go running around the countryside in early morning hours. In the evening, time is crucial for me. I can't be caught in traffic, for example, stalled in any way, and traffic can be at its height, at this time of year, in twilight. I've always had this eye thing, but have watched my ass about it for a bunch of recent years, as I can be dangerous to others besides myself. So... I am immediately a more tense person when daylight saving stops. Snap!!

but, back on beauty, yes, the trees are changing here... gold is the color..
