People/things you hate

I hate loud smacking of chewing gum. In fact I just hate smacking. And people who talk with a full mouth.

And apples. Love'em, hate the sound.

And sound of plastic and paper bags. And newspaper. Can't help it, I just hate it.

cellophane wrappers, I hear ya dag.

I once heard on an NPR show that the molecular structure of cellophane is such that you cannot help but make that crackley racket.

You can unwrap paper really slowly and carefully not to make much sound, but with cellophane, all you do is prolong the agony.
It's just going to pop as many times if you did it fast, you'll just have to listen to it longer.

I tried this at home with some root beer barrels, and I'm not even a professional. But that did seem to be true

I hate packages of stuff that you have to cut completely open with a chainsaw to get at what's inside.

I managed to slice into a finger doing that today.

Hmm, I wonder if I should sue?

I hate cd wrappers

Just when I think I've mastered the art of opening a bottle of pills, they change the safety opening. Then I have to learn how to get the bottle open all over again. I hate that.

I'm appalled by scads of stuff, and cd wrappers come to mind, but I don't hate quite so readily. What I hate is too serious for this thread.

I hate super sensitive people

I hate eating with my husband because he eats with his mouth open and smacks ALL the time..

I hate pushy drivers, espicaly those who make you slam on your breaks to not hit them

I hate not being rich, so that I have to work every day

I hate that my mom moved to Michigan and is not so close to me anymore

I hate cheating mates

I too hate kids who play that horrible music really loud because they think it makes them look cool.

I hate being sick when I am, and love being sick when im not.

I hate that commercial cat food uses sick animals for the source of protein. Animals with tumors, cancers and other things are ground up and used as food for house cats / dogs.

I hate that the FDA allows pesticides that are meant to kill living beings, be sprayed on our foods so that the living beings in my home ( husband, child and myself) have to eat them.

I hate that chocolate is fattening and I cant eat alot of it

I hate that I dont have a metabolism of a teenager anymore

I hate that I am aging .

I hate that I have to question my government

I hate that I live in a bully country

I hate that the world wont stop for me and my favorite times of life.

I hate that my daughter wont be a baby for the rest of my life.

I hate that my husband is lazy

I hate that laundry doesn't do itself

I hate that I cant afford a nice, large luxury car

I hate cock-a-roaches

I hate that I cant afford to travel across the world

I hate that I have to interrupt an already short life span with 8+ hours of sleep on a daily basis.

I hate that I have the longest post.

I hate the thought the members of this forum feel a need to chase people away. Which is exactly what you do.

How come I cannot hate? At most, I dislike, and even there, very few things.

Most of the time, I just ignore...

I agree, Francis. I learned as a teen that the energy required to hate something is wasted on the person or thing being hated.

Dislike, have disgust for, yes... hate, no.

I dislike slovenly, lazy workers; people who are narrow-minded; people who 'can't' do this or that; those who refuse to consider options outside their experience. Whiners. Discourteous, inconsiderate, self-centered people.
