This is the inevitable cost of this war and it must have been already debited in the ledger by the US department. But the prospects to prevent the cost exceeding the budgeted amount are not very promising. The lager-scale war is now taken over by sporadic geurrilla sabotages that may pull the US into the situation of even more severe casualty and higher war budget.
