The updates are suspended due to a strike among the hamsters that run the server. The server hopes you don't notice the technical difficulties because the server is shy.

The server promises clean out the dead hamsters once the uprising is quelled and let me fix it.

Deb, I, too, run Windows 98 but Clippy never shows up at my shop. Never. I think -- if he was ever there -- I disabled him early on when I was first setting the parameters bavk in '98. Interferin' li'l bugger he can be. Crops up on my machine at work from time to time and I swat him smartly wif me shoe.
