HOPE YOU UNDERSTOOD MY QUESTION!
If anyone knows any information about it please share,or atleast any links..if u knw because it's EXTREMELY urgent..cuz i have to present by tomoro morning.

PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE.
Who is selecting the news? The editors of a paper or televison news program or is the question about how people in general select their news.
Two very different things.
Joe
Anythin...print media or television or even Radio.,My tutor said nothin much about it...So i guess it might be ok even if it is in general.
Step one: buy newspaper or access online.
Step two: open newspaper or click to article online.
Step three: read.
Step four: take notes.
Step five: place notes into coherent format for class.
I'm with Joe Nation. Are you being asked to determine how a newspaper, radio, TV station or whatever selects what goes into their publication or broadcast, or to determine why people choose to read or listen to the news they do, or to determine why people tune out some news and listen to or read other subjects, or perhaps select subjects from an online menu?
I read the NY Times and the Boston Globe every day. I also listen to the radio and occasionally watch the local news. With the newspapers, I don't read every single syllable. I just don't have the time. Often I just read headlines. I delve into Science and other areas I like. With the radio, I listen to whatever they broadcast. I know it's mainly just headlines because they have a very limited time budget. I sometimes listen to NPR, where they go much more indepth, but again it's a time consideration -- for me. I can't just sit around for a few hours and learn everything about the world situation. I have to work for a living. When asked by websites to select the news I want to see, I don't choose every single thing on the menu. Yet again, this is a time consideration. I often choose sports, weather, traffic, local news and various special sections like science or cooking. I usually limit financial news to just companies I have holdings in. Politics and the like are pretty much always sent out anyway, whether I want them or not.
So -- tell us what you really need to know -- the question is far too vague and that is probably also why you're having problems getting something out of Google. I'd like to think, though, that your tutor was a bit more specific about such things.
Hey Jespah! ,thx for ur time...i jus spoke my tutor..,he said ..Selection of News in the sense.."how News Publishers would pick a story tht as enough qualities to be considered making as a news"
"SO LIKE TO FIND WHAT ARE THE QUALITIES" it can be either newspapers or Television or radio..!?
* How news publishers would consider the particular story is appopriate for the audience.,the ethics/principles they should follow.
can anyone assist me with some keywords to google it....?! plz
