I was chatting to seed the other night and wanted to update you on what all is going on there.

Seed was injured in a roadside bomb, and currently have 14 stitches in his hand which maybe coming out soon. He is hoping to get back from Iraq around November. He has net access, but for some strange reason cannot log on to A2K.

On the bright side, he has proposed to his fiancee and she has said yes - so he is engaged !!!! <another good man wasted Twisted Evil>

He says a big HI to all of you and asks you all not to worry too much abt him. He will be fine !

Will be more than happy to take back any messages to him from here.

WOW! Thanks for the news!

Tell him we'll worry anyway, and to keep himself safe. And ask him when the wedding will be! What great news!

Talk about your good news/ bad news...

Thanks for passing this on, Sparky. "Roadside bomb" is such a horrible phrase, glad that Seed's injuries seem to be minor. Hope he didn't have to see anyone he knew get more severely injured (or worse).

Accident prone? I rescind my opinion. Seed was wise enough to pay ahead in the injury department.

Best wishes to the savvy, almost intact groom-to-be.

Tell him to hold his dominion.

Tell Seed that we are grateful for his bravery and service to our nation, and that whether he likes it or not, to some of us he is a hero.

Thanks for bringing along the news Sparky.

I'm glad you're still in touch with Seed.

Add my name to the list of people who miss him, and wish him health and love and much happiness. I think he knows what he means to many of us - but tell him again anyway.
