cut off old service early then showed upto cut on new service and said since we didn't bring our old box they couldn't do it, even though they knew we were leaving it on for a week in both locations.

I'm not sure how the f*cking brain surgeon thought we'd leave it on at the old location whilr bringing the box to the knew but I'm not surprised.
