The nose is the most blatant departure. That's a big schnoz on the original guy.
Not that I have a better idea. Telly Savalas is kinda sorta maybe, but I haven't been able to find another photo where he's both the right age and its the right angle.

haven't a clue who it is, but chances are telly would not have been in a shirtless photo.
he was born in 1922, so that picture was probably taken in the late 30's/early 40's...

Don't think it's Eminem.
It looks like a picture by Pierre et Gilles, 2 gay French artisits who take very stylised photos.
