I've been reading with delight - only half way through, though, so no detailed comments yet.
Looks fantastic.
Now I've got to the end and think it's a very beautiful area. The commune looks stunning, as does the building.
As for the interior, as far as existing decoration goes...I prefer what you've done already.
And so close to wonderful wines...my mouth is watering.
