Well, Noddy. I'll have to test him first. If he passes, I'll share my shelter with him. Razz

Frank and I have a date most Friday nights, but that's only because he's the only one who's deaf enough to listen to my unending stories.

Letty--

With your charm and your talents you can afford to be very choosy.

Ah, how nice, boomer and Noddy. I'll print this out and show it to the guy next door. He'll be impressed with my friends in high places.

And like in most marriages, I'm not even banging my wife.

Prude.

I think I've only met 3 people from the site: Kicky, Littlek, and Dagalicious. The only one I've dated is Kicky.

I once had a hamburger in a roadside rest in Chicago which was about 17 miles from where J_B was sleeping.

It kind of felt like a relationship.

All these A2k relationships are getting dimensional--time and space and the pockets between.

Lammas approaches.

That is one of the nicest things anyone has said to me in a while and I thank you for that.

Truly -- when I think of all I have learned from the Real Grown Up Women of A2k -- Letty, Noddy, Diane (and I'm sure I'm forgetting someone or sometwo) -- I know that I still have some growing up to do.

Cool beans.

Be still my heart. He called me Dagalicious! And I didn't even have to pay him this time!

dlowan, I believe, is a contemporary of mine which precludes her from being a grown up.

dlowan knows how much I adore her.

She is ten times smarter than me but I don't think she has 10 years on me.

Actually, dlowan just helped me thought a particularly nasty bit of business.

That might qualify her for a grown up.

I guess you are younger than I thought you were, Boomer. Dlowan, I believe, is in her late twenties, so that means you are still a teenager?

Did you have that kid when you were 12?

Lammas is far older than Christianity.

Quote:
The Wheel of the Year makes a quarter turn every three months until it comes full circle. Tonight's turn is the Celtic harvest festival called Lughnasadh. When it was incorporated into the medieval Christian church, it was called Lammas (loaf-mass) Eve. In present-day paganism, it is one of the Greater Sabbats of the year. The others are Imbolc, Beltaine and Samhain.
