Canadians may be too serious but they have free health care and a low crime rate. That may also be related to the weather as it is too cold to commit crimes.

Shewolf -- You actually lived in Yuma, AZ??? That place isn't a town, it's a microwave. I spent one night there two years ago at the local Ramada Inn. Pulled out fairly early next morning -- bewtween 7 and 8 a.m. The temp. was 98 degrees F. and climbing. I drove fast, windows closed, A/C on full blast. The whole time I was trying to figure out why anybody would choose to live there.
