Thought I'd start a thread where those of us can post that are going out of town for the holiday weekend. Just so nobody gets worried about us.

I'm leaving in the morning to spend a few days with the inlaws in Texas. Will be back on the 5th...but just for a couple of days, then gone the 7th through the 15th to Dominica (yes!...the Caribbean)

It is and it isnt.

The people who are supposed to move out, are behind on their rent. The owner wont throw them out because they have a new baby.
He gave them until the end of the lease , july 29th i think, to find a place.

When they move, we can have it.

If...some strange thing happens and they are able to pay up what they owe, and re-secure the apartment, it is apossibility he could re rent and re lease to them.
I highly doubt that. As any landlord, no matter how caring, would be worried about not getting their money for an apt.

That would be the only thing that would keep us out.

So, it IS a given......... and then.... it couldnt be.. know what I mean?
