After your day's work, do you have a routine that you do? If so, what do you like to do to wind down, or wind up?
Do you try to do something different as much as possible, or are you a creature of habit?

What a coincidence, me too!
i just odnt ever stop
kindsa why i kant type well
truthfully though..
my day ends at 9.
Jillian goes to bed at 8. I then either do one of two things - finish dishes if there are any, or sit and chat with my husband.
At 9 I go upstairs , and spend about 2 hours reading or writting or doing what ever I want by myself. Usually.. it is reading.
I can go through 3 books in a month..
It is almost an addiction.
I get by with a little help from my friends personally....
After school i sleep until around 8 pm then eat dinner watch tv and fall aleep again at 12. I like sleep.
After a full day on the computer, I like to sit on my patio with a glass of wine and let my eyes rest on the trees and birds and squirrels and my flower garden.
I like to work out three or four times a week. Other than that, I like to read, like shewolf. I might watch TV, if there is something good on. There's about a 50% chance of that!
Or, just hang out with a couple of friends.
I guess I do the same things, I just try to switch them around a little!
My day doesn't end....its that simple.
I get up at 3:45 a.m, head off to work till noon/1 p.m, go home, start homework, do housework...feed dogs...
Then...
Monday = Baseball practice
Tues= Two baseball games in two different towns (two kids)
Weds=Soccer practice
Thurs= More Baseball practice
Fri= Two baseball games in two different towns
Sat= 9a.m Soccer game followed by a noon baseball practice and one at 4.
And somewhere in there I find time to visit here, and do some projects I have started on the net....and hope I'm in bed by 10 pm at the latest. Sometimes its later.....lol
What do I do? You're looking at it!

Make dinner (for man and beasts), straighten up the house, take a big bath or shower, then multi-task between business paperwork and A2k. I read for about 30 minutes before going to sleep at midnight.
Don't get me wrong, I love my children, I encourage sports in a major way.
But....just give me one day....one day, that I could sit on the porch with a glass of wine or a cold beer and relax without having to worry about jock straps, ball gloves and where the hell someone's cleats are at....
Give me one afternoon to myself.....
Just give me.....lol, a hammock with the view of the back of my eyelids...
One day.....lol, is that too much to ask? LOL
When I put my son to bed, we talk and then I read to him...whatever book he chooses...until he falls asleep. It's our special hour together. I thought he would have outgrown it by now, but he still looks forward to it.
After he falls asleep, I come back down to my office. It's very quiet here. I usually spend some time here on A2K until I'm too sleepy to read. Then it's off to bed.
