Can you think of two people, alive or dead, real or fictional, who could NEVER be best friends? I'll start out:
Antonio Salieri and WA Mozart
Elizabeth Taylor and Debbie Reynolds
George Bush and Osama bin Laden
Actually, Salieri and Mozart were not on unfriendly terms during their lifetimes. But that's nit-picking.
Jesus Christ and Judas Iscariot seem to have been bosom buddies, too, we're now told.
Did you know that Duke William of Normandy and Harold of England, before he was crowned king, hit it off real well when Harold visited Normandy? That was before 1066, of course.
And, of course, Lee and Grant were quite friendly before the War broke out.
Hmmm. Unlikely ones? How about Adolf Hitler and David BenGurion?
John Wayne and Edward G Robinson
Ted Kennedy and George Bush
Barbra Striesand and Ted Nugent
Susan Sarandon and Rush Limbaugh
Hillary Clinton and Monica Lewinsky
Joan Crawford and Dr. Phil
King Henry VIII and Gloria Steinem
Julia Child and Colonel Sanders
