When I come to Missouri or Oklahoma to visit my in laws it's a different world. Outside of East St Louis I see more blacks and Hisanics, not to mention Asians and people of Mid Eastern descent at the mall here than I see in the whole state of Missouri and Oklahoma and yet the welfare system thrives in these places.

So, turn off the welfare spigot.
