Do I Want to Continue?

So, a bad mother board or something and a few days in the computer hospital and, long story short, I had to re-load Windows. Did my updates, haven't loaded all the programs and stuff I had before yet 'cause I had to come here to play first.

Now, with a fresh load of Windows, I keep getting these balloons that tell me (?helpful?) information and boxes that pop up unexpectedly for security reasons.

My first post here tonight got me the following:

SH!T! All this time you guys have been able to see what I post???? What the.....

I don't know what to click. Do I want to continue?
