The average income for the inner circle is 80,000, the middle circle jumps to 670,000, then the outer circle drops to 70,000.

Guess that shows you where the money is.

I am beginning to question that site. They have listed the Pac. Islander Population as 0 in the inner circle, 0 in the middle circle, and 14 in the outer circle.

What the hell! Is there some tribe of Pac. Islanders around here that I am unaware of? If this site has any credibility that is obviously the case.

The site is interesting. The problem is that it is from the 2000 census. In my area, both the number of people, and the price of the housing stock has increased dramatically in the last few years.

Apparently, there are only 11,173 people who live within a five mile radius of me, here in London.

I thought that it would at least be approaching a million or so.

The rents listed are ridiculously low, they're something like $1500 - $1600 now, and there probably aren't anywhere near that many vacancies as there's a major league housing crunch going on. The 1-mile radius just goes to Watertown, whereas the 3-mile radius goes to Newton, one of the tonier areas of Mass. The 5-mile radius goes from Rte 128 (the exit off the Pike) to Boston proper, near the Navy Yahd.
