This is not my idea. A friend sent me a website about it. What do you think?
Get over it day is March 9th (Equally spaced between Valentine's Day and April Fool's Day.
SAMPLE OF WHAT PEOPLE WILL BE TRYING TO GET OVER ON MARCH 9TH!
- that my stupid ex-boyfriend doesn't want me back
- my mother is an idiot & treats her dog better than her children - the fact that I only end up liking girls who already have boyfriends
- that my first semester grades aren't good enough for me to transfer
- my boss gave the promotion to J***** instead of me - he's a Dumbass!
- that I can't find a nice guy who respects me for being a virgin
- my grades suck
- after 2 years as a starter I got benched for my senior year
- my son is gay
- that I didn't have a date on Valentine's day
What do YOU (or your friends) need to get over?
Joe (or are you over it already?)Nation
Who celebrated this last week?
Apparently we've all gotten over everything.
That's a healthy thing though it might put a lot of psychologists out of business.
Thanks for paying attention, K.

Have we? Really? Ok then. <wringing hands at lingering un-gotten-over issues>
