I am getting a new tattoo on my lower back when I go to NH this weekend....
I am not sure what to get yet... I have a few idea's, basic tribal dragonfly or flower in the center... but I want something different...
Any ideas? Pictures help!

Where I go for tattoos, you have to explain the meaning of the proposed work to the artist - how it relates to you and your life - why the symbols mean something.
So, CL, what's important to you? what do you want this tattoo to say about this time in your life? That may help you determine your next design.

uh.. I actually do have an extra hole in my tail bone that you can see through the skin... smaller than a belly button, but close enough

My daughter and I are going for tattoos in a couple of weeks. She says she knows what she wants, but we haven't discussed it (she's a minor; any permant body changes are dependent on my say-so) (for the next little while, anyhow).
I don't quite know what I want but if I haven't made up my mind before we get there I'll stay as I am for now.
I just took a few tats and put this together from it... I like it.. what do you think?

and the 3 different directions they're heading - what does that mean?
I already have a tat of 7 dragonflies on my ankle (lucky numbers are 3 and 7)...
Dragonflies hold a very special meaning to me and overcoming certain things that I never could be...
First tattoo I got, the artist told me that creatures, faces, etc., should be facing toward your heart, so that the good things they bring enter your being.
I rejected the idea, got my butterfly facing outward, and have never regretted it. But it may be something you want to consider.
too late for that one Wy my other tats don't follow that at all.. lol

I got one a few years ago that is a large lower back tribal and infused (if you look closely) is a man and a woman inverted so...69 if you will. I love it but the artist took it off the wall after I got it, so no one will ever have a tattoo like mine. I have 3 and I love them all.
