How much attention do you pay your elbows?

I actually looked at mine th other day, one is scaley and dry the other is fine.
I dont use either any differently to each other.
I decided to moisterise them.

How are yours?

MG - go to the pharmacy and get a pumice stone. Take a nice hot bath and use the stone on your elbows and the heels of your feet. Follow up with a good moisturizer. In a few sessions you will have elbows as lovely as Region's.

About fifteen years ago one of my elbows became scaly. There's just a small patch of roughness, always in the same place. I use a pumice stone, an exfoliant, and a moisturizer to keep it from snagging the inside of my sleeves... The other elbow is smooth (but I give it a bit of moisturizer too)...

"Course, in the winter especially I use moisturizer all over the place -- it gets dry around here!

Years ago an older guy gave me some advice - he told me when checking out women to pay attention to their arms.

Women shave their legs, they tease their hair, put on makeup and do their nails, but they pay the least attention to their arms.

I pay attention. Wink

Swimmer? If so, it is pretty common.

I love Lush's Ocean Salt ... for elbows and other less than luscious zones.

mmmmmmmmm

The grapefruit and limes in Ocean salt tone and refresh your skin; organic coconut and avocado butters polish and soften it.

I think it's meant to be used on faces, but I like it for elbows/heels ...

Years ago, beauty advice was to cut a lemon in half and rest your elbows in them for twenty minutes or so... I suppose you could make lemonade first; there'd be plenty of juice/pulp left for your skin!
