It's spring time once again. ( Sorry NYC about your blizzard )
The garden is in bloom with snowdrops & the daffodils are starting to show as well.
The blackbirds & the wood pigeons have started to play kiss chase in the hope I assume that they will get the chance to expand their avarian carnal knowledge.
And with the warmer days, the dog starts to moult, copiously, leaving a thick coat of dicarded fur throughout the house.
Spring time, when a man's thoughts turn to bar-b-qs and things such as the lawn mower, which will get a good airing in a week or two's time. Then there is cleaning the house thoroughly, from top to bottom. Repairing & painting outside woodwork & fixing that leaky waterpipe.
Such are the joys of spring Then. There must be many other joys to look forward as well.

I feel as if it's been spring all along.

Here in Oklahoma, with the exception of the last two days, it's been spring-like weather all winter. We've not gone below 30, and when we reached below 40 it was a huge shock. 70's, 60's, high 50's for most of November 'til present. As of right now, it's in the mid 60's, sunny and beautiful.

While I enjoy bundling up and snuggling tight in winter, I can't say I much regret being without one this year. The downside is that this extremely warm weather most likely means a horrid tornado season - which we also got a break from last year.
