The term Future is too ambiguous.... 10, 20, 30 ,40 50, .... 100 years !!! the list just does not end. Smile

who knows whats its gonna be? Japan e.g. was estimated to become a financial giant but these days its economy is struggling. Sad

So whoever manages well, will succeed. Cool

US truely leads, currently, though.

Don't get mad, Ray.

I can understand.......this thing China vs India.

Even in the Indian newspapers, Editorials are flooded with debates on whether India can outsmart China.

I think, and infact, China is way ahead of India.

A month or back when some Indian diplomats visited China, I happened to read the India Today's cover feature on Sino-Indian relationships.

Software export was probably the only field where India was ahead of China.

But India is heating up............and who knows we might just catch up. Anyways, there are lots of things both the countries can learn from each other.

China can teach us how to build bombs ( though we are not completely ignorant on that) and we can teach them........maybe how to make films!!

china will get old before it gets rich.
india will get rich before it gets old.

china = world's fastest ageing working population.
india = world's youngest working population.

china = better at present
india = better in next generation.

china = better in mafufacturing sector
india = better in service sector

china = centralised, streamlined management and govt
india = most ill-managed, chaotic, divided system and govt.

china = clean and quite hygenic
india= "continent of circe". dirty dust bowl.
