Heh heh..just for fun...
coat of paint...especially if it's airbrushed on a nice chi... err... corvette...!
Barn coat with pockets big enough to carry lunch - for a scout troop.
Arms - "I've got my love to keep me warm"
Hmm, forgot coat of 'fie!'
What I DON'T like is a coat in de node!
What about a fur coat? Though that is a sin these days. But a nice coat of fur on a live animal could qualify, no?
Yes, it could
, but would the animal know how to make it punny?
How about a coat of chocolate...on just about anything!
Froggie went a-coatin' how he did ride, uhhuh..uhhuh.
Well, surely you've heard the expression as fine as frog's hair....
Coat?
I love several of my old coats. I guess my favorite is an old grey jacket, that used to keep me warm. Now, when I wear it, I have to layer tons of clothing underneath. It's made of something, you might call nylon. Who knows?
I have another old brown cloth jacket, I call my "good luck jacket", since I was wearing this jacket during a fierce Chicago snow storm. I think the jacket helped me to survive the storm and finally arrive home from school ( 15 miles in about 10 hours)...
My actual favourite coat is a long charcoal grey wool-cashmere thingy which looks way cool and is nice and comfy. But...for the punny coats, I just thought of coat o' nine tails, a must for any fancy suit
I think I would like a coat d'azur on a sunny day, and I like watching the little coats swim by in the Venice canals. Some red coat du Rhone is fairly drinkable if offered. A coat of enamel is good for teeth to keep. A coaterie of constant admirers would be nice. Scratch coats are part of applying stucco to walls. Squash coats are scenes of some fantastic ball swatting. But my favorite is my irish wool tweed coat from the Salvation Army Boutique.
If one owned a coat that was a stoat, would one think mink? Methinks..
